Textur-Rise^® 2XSE

Textur-Rise 2XSE is an aluminum free double acting baking powder designed for steam bun with and without fillings. It can be used stand alone or in combination with yeast to give steam bun good fluffy texture. It is specially formulated to ensure clean white bun appearance without black and brown specks.
