Innophos has developed Textur-Bind OB83K, an innovative solution for low-sodium meat blends.
Textur-Bind OB83K is an excellent low-sodium phosphate blend designed to improve the texture of the final product and to act as moisture retaining agent for a wide variety of meat products. It can improve the yield of the final product, providing the product with a rich juiciness and reducing oxidation while making its structure more compact, flexible, and flavorful.
Textur-Bind OB83K contains potassium dihydrogen phosphate, which helps reduce the sodium content of the final product, making it more suitable for customers with sodium reduction needs.
