Textur-Bind LS98F is an excellent low-sodium phosphate blend designed to improve the texture of the final product and to act as moisture retaining agent for a wide variety of meat products. It can improve the yield of the final product, giving it a rich juiciness, and reducing oxidation while making its structure more compact, flexible, and flavorful.
Textur-Bind LS98F contains potassium pyrophosphate, which helps reduce the sodium content of the final product, making it more suitable for customers with sodium reduction needs.
